Does MDB hire salaried consultants?
Yes we do. We offer a competitive salary and benefits
package (including a bonus scheme based on additional hours
worked) to our salaried consultants.
I’ve had problems in the past where a consulting
company has placed me on projects where my background was
not suitable for the client. Will this happen with MDB?
No, never. Its not in anybody’s interest; the
clients, yours or ours. We have technical/functional resources
involved throughout our hiring process which ensures that
consultants are only presented for projects that have the
right background and skillset for the clients needs.
Does MDB work with independent consultants?
Yes we do. Our consultant base is a combination of
salaried employees and independant consultants.
I am an independent consultant and I am incorporated.
Can I work for MDB through my company?
Yes you can. We will work with independent consultants
who are incorporated who satisfy our insurance requirements.
I am a self employed consultant. Can I work for MDB
on this basis?
Providing you satisfy IRS requirements as a 1099 contractor
and satisfy our insurance requirements, then you are able
to work for MDB on this basis.
I am an independent consultant and have had problems
with getting paid by other companies I have worked for in
the past.
You won’t have this problem with MDB. We realize
