PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst
Providence, RI
We have an immediate requirement for a PeopleSoft HRIS Analyst as follows:

Location: South MA, Nr Rhode Island (Sorry telecommute not an option)
Job Basis: Permanent (Sorry cannot be contract or contract to hire)
Salary: Excellent – Dependant on experience
H1B: Client will not sponsor H1B visa transfers

Candidate is willing to pay for relocation

Develop, design and implement solutions to support company initiatives for complex business requirements through knowledge of PeopleSoft. Lead the implementation of new functionality within PeopleSoft. Transfer knowledge to other technical and functional resources.

- Provides technical and functional expertise and solutions to human resources staff in the development and selection of systems applications.
- Serve as a liaison with the information systems staff in resolving configuration and related problems or implementing functionality changes.
- Works with software vendor's customer support technicians or technology staff to resolve human resource related system issues.
- Maintains current awareness of trends in HRIS and software developments and keeps abreast of trends, new methods and techniques.
- Provide query, report and system tools training to business users.
- Assists users with administrative tasks which require the use of sophisticated application tools or advanced computer skills.
- Generates reports and complex queries in support of human resources management and day-to-day data needs and activities.
- Responsible for the development, setup and maintenance of system security and access rights.
- Liaison with 3rd party vendors to develop appropriate file structure for information exchange between PeopleSoft and vendor systems.
- Provide leadership to and management of HRIS Administrator.

Candidates must have a minimum of seven years of experience directly supporting human resource information system. At least 4 years acting in a Business Analyst capacity within a PeopleSoft environment. Technical expertise must include the creation and manipulation of information from PeopleSoft. Ability to work with and to present to different levels of management and communicate HRIS/HR information. Ability to multi-task. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to work independently with minimal direction. Ability to take ownership of projects and provide direction to other team members. Ability to express complex business concepts effectively both verbally and in writing.
