We understand that our clients have budgets and need to deliver projects on time and within budget. As an alternative to hiring consultants on a time and expense basis, we are able to provide fixed price project delivery. To understand the scope of your project, we provide an in depth assessment. This gives us the opportunity to understand your current environment, level of customizations and business processes.

At the end of the assessment you will be provided with a fixed price to complete your project, together with a detailed project plan containing project milestones and resource requirements. This can be used as an internal planning tool.

At a minimum, one senior member of the assessment team will remain on the project through your go-live date.
